My primary reason for going to the Valvoline Runoffs this year was to photograph David Jalen's Formula Ford effort and act as his back-up crew person in case of disaster. Secondarily I wanted to come back with some sort of photographic impression of the event and the place, and here it is. Actually, what I really wanted to do was drive the track, but that will have to wait for another year.
